Do you take credit cards?
Yes, for your convenience, Kieffer accepts Visa and MasterCard. There is no fee for this service and it only takes a few minutes. You can easily pay online by clicking the Online Bill Pay button.
What is your billing cycle?
Commercial customers are billed on a monthly basis. Residential customers are billed on a quarterly basis. Monthly billing is also offered for residential customers if preferred.
What are fuel and material surcharges?
The basic price our company service charge covers such things as operating costs—labor, supplies, insurance, energy, etc. The fuel and material surcharge is needed to pay for the increase in costs that can fluctuate based on current prices (tires, fuel, oil, parts, etc.).

Do you accept recyclables from construction projects?

Does my business have an option to recycle more than just paper?
We are happy to provide commercial recycling services that also accept plastics, aluminum, steel, glass, yard waste and cardboard.
